Staff is so polite and very helpful. The beds were firm-great for anyone who has a challenged back. Elevator is vintage and really neat but, not made for modern luggage and wheelchairs. Super clean-I always check! Lovely, convenient stay.

This hotel is brand now and on the northern end of Healdsburg and we were amongst the first guests. Absolutely loved it - especially the restaurants and the pools. Staff was lovely and accommodating and we cannot wait to return.

Construction on the property. For the cost, it seems like a big move to have construction above you and outside your window at 9:00am.

The property was lovely. Our room had a few issues: an extremely loud, ticking air conditioner that for some of my guests couldn't sleep for others it was fine. The coffee maker did not come with a filter and when we requested assistance, it never resulted in fixing the issue. Parking was challenging we had not realized there would be a concert throughout the weekend. Otherwise, pool area was wonderful and the grounds themselves a treat. Would suggest when walking to the statue go with another person, I ended being observed by a homeless person hiding in the bush just next to the statue, which was unnerving.
