the staff customer service was awesome the front desk guy was very nice and friendly my door would not open with the key the maintenance guy had to change the batteries to the door which I think should have been checked before the guest's arrival. it was rainy and cold we had to wait for him to change the keypad but other than that besides them not having an iron but had an iron board was crazy but it was cool for the time I was there

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel. One was ok but still had dirt and dust in corners. The other was kinda dirty and the bathtub was backed up and wouldn't drain. The walls are very thin so you hear everyone. The diesel truck idling in front of our room in the early hours was pretty annoying.

The check-in office was hard to find, behind the on site restaurant. When asked about other dining options, staff just shrugged and walked away. The property is showing its age. Carpets are worn. In room safes have paper wedged in the top of the doors to keep them closed when not locked. Two-prong plugs would not stay into the sockets on the table lamps. The wall switch did not turn on any lights, we had to walk into the room in the dark to get to a desk lamp for light. Rooms were generally clean and adequate in comfort. Breakfast was normal for the chain.

The Room is neat for the price. The room has more amenities than Expedia advertised. It had 3 foot fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Staff is very helpful and accommodating for request to get breakfast ready earlier to help athletes. I am happy my wife picked this. Glad to stay back again when visiting that area.

Check in was ok. Lobby seemed clean enough…As we walked out of the building to begin looking for our room we were chased by a pit bull so that was fun…We couldn’t even bring ourselves to sit on the bed, let alone spend the night! We literally went into the room and I headed straight to the bathroom to put my makeup on to go to the casino while my husband stood and watched tv. We didn’t even use the toilet! So we spent less than an hour in the room total. The pillows were throw pillows, not bed pillows! Everything seemed old, dirty and worn out. And not to sound judgmental but it just gave the feeling of a place where unsavory activities would occur, if you can understand what I’m saying. As we were already running late to meet our friends for dinner, we left and then immediately after dinner my husband returned to inform the employee we would not be spending the night, explaining why and the employee refused to provide a refund stating she was not authorized to do so and he would have to speak to the manager, who was not there. Long story short, my husband (finally)spoke with the manager who refused to give a refund so we had to file a dispute with our credit card company.

Not satisfied! The property and rooms need to be updated. It needs to be cleaned. I found a big and a small roach. I will not stay there again. The breakfast room looked fantastic, but, the breakfast was not great.

Room was very dated and in of repair. Had trouble with door as it looked broken and took many attempts to open. The facility did offer breakfast which was convenient for my schedule.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Dirty hand towel hanging in shower when we arrived. Some kind of nasty stain on shower wall. Looked like blood. Smelled like someone used to smoke in there but can’t get that smell out. Beds were SUPER tiny. Honestly surprised we didn’t get bed bugs. Save your money and go else where. Definitely can find a better hotel for the price we paid. This is at best a $50 a night hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights w our dog. The floors were not cleaned at all. My door looked like it had been kicked in a lot of times to the point where when the door is closed, you can see the door is not fit into the frame at all. My key card kept getting deactivated everytime i left the hotel and came back and when i brought up this concern they said they cant do anything about that and it always happens! I feel cheated in the price i paid to stay here, and will never do it again.

The door lock was not functioning properly, the tub was dirty, the sink was cracked from the top to the drain. Carpet is in desperate need of changing, there are spots the were spackled that needed sanding, one of which covered a leak in the ceiling. There is gorilla glue on the walls over the long mirror and over the mirror by the sink. ZERO STARS - WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS LOCATION. By the comments that I have read, it'd quite apparent that this is an issue across the board at other locations - I wish I could get a refund. Lesson learned the hard way.
