Good stay for the Races.

Check in was smooth. Staff was nice and funny. Room was clean, little dated but comfy. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, waffles and breads. 1 night stay for World of Outlaws at Lincoln Speedway.

Great price for location but that’s about it.

The price is super hard to beat for the location of where I travel for business but I’ll keep an eye out for a better alternative. The pictures of the bar at the hotel on their site are from the Nextdoor restaurant. All of the rooms are outside rooms. The rooms at the back of the hotel (where mine was located) have zero insulation or sound protection to include hearing the bar a block away thumping music until 2am. The light switch in the room, which is more of a weird button on the door frame, also doesn’t work to turn the lights on. You have to turn the lamps on manually. Bed itself was clean and comfy. Room overall was mostly clean.

The Room is neat for the price. The room has more amenities than Expedia advertised. It had 3 foot fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Staff is very helpful and accommodating for request to get breakfast ready earlier to help athletes. I am happy my wife picked this. Glad to stay back again when visiting that area.

The bed was comfortable. The bottom of the tub needs non slip. The dresser drawers are in need of repair. The carpet was very dirty. The door needs to reinforced. it was very nice on the outside pretty flowers and plants. Beautiful out doors fountain. Nice breakfast.

It was average. Our door looked like it was pryed open with a crowbar! Breakfast attendant was not nice or friendly. Coffee area was a mess. Pool was refreshing,altho no shade on a 100° day! Need umbrellas!

Some good things, some not-so-good.

On the positive side the hotel was easy to find and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean as well and amenities were available such as soaps and shampoo plus hair drier and ironing board plus iron. On the negative side although the hotel was clean as I mentioned earlier the property and rooms are in a very run-down condition. The breakfast bar was acceptable but mediocre. While I'm more than sure the staff are doing the best with what they've got the premises need a major refresh. dy

the staff customer service was awesome the front desk guy was very nice and friendly my door would not open with the key the maintenance guy had to change the batteries to the door which I think should have been checked before the guest's arrival. it was rainy and cold we had to wait for him to change the keypad but other than that besides them not having an iron but had an iron board was crazy but it was cool for the time I was there

The property is showing its age. Carpets are worn. In room safes have paper wedged in the top of the doors to keep them closed when not locked. Two-prong plugs would not stay into the sockets on the table lamps. The wall switch did not turn on any lights, we had to walk into the room in the dark to get to a desk lamp for light. Rooms were generally clean and adequate in comfort. Breakfast was normal for the chain.

Check in was ok. Lobby seemed clean enough…As we walked out of the building to begin looking for our room we were chased by a pit bull so that was fun…We couldn’t even bring ourselves to sit on the bed, let alone spend the night! We literally went into the room and I headed straight to the bathroom to put my makeup on to go to the casino while my husband stood and watched tv. We didn’t even use the toilet! So we spent less than an hour in the room total. The pillows were throw pillows, not bed pillows! Everything seemed old, dirty and worn out. And not to sound judgmental but it just gave the feeling of a place where unsavory activities would occur, if you can understand what I’m saying. As we were already running late to meet our friends for dinner, we left and then immediately after dinner my husband returned to inform the employee we would not be spending the night, explaining why and the employee refused to provide a refund stating she was not authorized to do so and he would have to speak to the manager, who was not there. Long story short, my husband (finally)spoke with the manager who refused to give a refund so we had to file a dispute with our credit card company.
