My wife and I walked to beach every morning and most afternoons. Everything you need for your short or extended stay in the home. We stayed for 29 nights and would highly recommend. "The house was the perfect size and located close to St. Augustine. It looks like it is new and felt like it. Two items: The couch is not really a couch it's more like a daybed, not very comfortable for relaxing/watching TV. Also, it was the coldest night of the year and the heat did not go higher than 67 degrees. It was very cold. Owner came by the second and couldn't get it fixed. He stated he would have it fixed. "This property was immaculate and accurately listed. Check in was a breeze and the pool was awesome! Very private and not a crowded area. Beach was 2 minute walk. The restaurants in the IMMEDIATE VICINITY (within 2 miles) are unbelievably delicious with friendly staff. Fridas, The Hammock Grille, Captains BBQ. All excellent! We will be back as often as we can!"
