"The building and furniture are very dated. Not an issue in itself. But for old people the lounge chairs are too soft and low. The air conditioning in the kitchen does not enter the lounge dining space. It is an old through the wall rattler. Could do with ceiling fans, for extra ventilation. We were there for the Easter weekend, 25 metres away from the main homestead, at no stage did the owners make contact, to ascertain our wellbeing. "Nice property. A couple of minor maintenance issues: blind slats in main room don’t rotate. Bathroom sink partly blocked. Main issue however was Deb and Steve seem over busy. I called and emailed prior to arrival to confirm booking, time etc. as this is a remote area. The phone was off, no response to email. As it turned out, others had mistakenly checked into my room, after speaking to Deb on the way in. She didn’t pick up that they were the wrong people arriving a day early. I know they get a...
