Our room had AC problems that were not properly resolved, and despite our child being sick and missing two nights, the hotel refused to change date of our stay. Communication between the hotel and Expedia was also extremely frustrating. Very poor customer service and not the experience we expected from an Iberostar property. Would not recommend."

"This place needs a complete rebuild, this hotel is far away from being a 5 stars hotel. The room that we got was dirty and it takes only one shower to have water all over with tiles making it worse and risky to walk around. Mosquitos were everywhere in the room. Housekeeping is a complete miss, they don’t clean well and in one occasion they skipped our room all together, even if we requested it.
