Just 350m from the beach with sea views! Unwind listening to the sounds of the sea. Enjoy a BBQ, have a drink, or play backyard cricket with loved ones, friends and family. Relax watching the kids play in the cubby and boat sandpit. Breath easy knowing the kids are keeping themselves occupied with the toys, books and games we supply. Or simply do nothing and enjoy your getaway doing what you want to do.

Situated on the beach side of Port Elliot Road, Coastal Hayborough is set on a huge 808m2 block — plenty of room for the whole family including the dog! Easy and scenic walk to the popular Chiton Rocks Surf Cafe and 3km from the centre of Victor Harbor and Port Elliot, with the choice of shops, cafes and tourist attractions. We are centrally located and well-positioned to be both convenient and attractive to those looking to escape the everyday.

Beautiful & Convenient Location

This whole stay was super fun. The check-in was easy and the place was clean and as described. The location is equidistant between Victor Harbour and Port Elliot, making it very convenient. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach and many scenic locations around!

A home away from home

We just loved the place! Everything you need was there. Felt like home. Communication was excellent and I’d recommend this place for anyone that wants a serene getaway but the convenience of all the amenities close by

Great home. Lots of space. Well stocked kitchen with everything we could ever need to cook with. Easy check in. The road can get quite busy, but the shutters kept out any noise and it's very quiet overnight. Beautiful location near the beach for excellent morning walks.

Port Elliot getaway

Enjoyed the stay at this coastal house. Great as dog friendly and easy walk to beach. Pet shop next door for dog treats. Didn't have any issues.

Beautiful place to stay

Very neat and tidy, excellent communication with the host, easy check in and out, great beach views from the backyard, easy to get around the area and tourist attractions and beaches were nearby. Overall had a great experience with the kids and they enjoyed the backyard and their bedroom with toys to play with.

Perfect home close to the beach

We absolutely loved our stay! It ended up just being my husband, myself and our child who could come in the end but we loved our stay. The yard is perfect and large, the beach is only 300m down the road and such a pretty spot, the house was clean, bed was comfy and overall was just such a comfy place that felt like home. We will definitely be back! Thank you for having us!

Helpful host

We did have a relaxing time overall. It was good that we could see the sea from a few windows.Unfortunately, our 2 day stay coincided with rain and southerly winds at Victor. So we could not sit out the back under the verandah. However, we were very warm and dry, and the TV worked well. The beach is a quick walk away too. I would recommend the requirement of linen be in much larger font and earlier in the information section.

Xmas in Hayborough

The property is ideal for a family of varying ages and pets. My grandchildren loved visiting me to play in the boat sand pit and cubby house. There were lovely little Xmas touches which was appreciated as we didn't bring any decorations. A very happy and comfortable stay.Thank you.

Short stay Pt Elliot

Property was great, a bit dated but had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Yard was big and secure for our fur baby. Enjoyed a family table tennis tournament too! Thanks to Tracey for a lovely short stay in port elliot.

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Hayborough that was just right for our family. Close enough to walk down the hill to the beach, but plenty of puzzles/boardgames/books to keep us entertained when the weather wasn't great. Very reasonably priced for the size, amenities and location. 100% recommend.

The house is very family friendly. The yard is brilliant. close to Victor short drive to everything on the south coast. on a main road but once inside, quiet and the focus is all out the back! Very pleasant stay.

Comfortable property

Tidy clean property is on a main road but is not intrusive. Centrally located on the peninsula's southern coast. Good communication with owner. Lots to do in Victor Harbor, Port Elliot and Goolwa.
