We booked this hotel as it had a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was not maintained and was quite dirty. There was no mention upon booking that the pool would be out of order. Staff was friendly. Pool was not working for awhile. Rooms smell and smell was bad in the morning. Bathroom in room 13 was flooded after a shower due to poor drainage and water did not drain the next morning. The smell has been there but the next morning was bad. Quite small but very clean Room was up quite a steep set of stairs. This was not mentioned anywhere when booking. Only had 1 night there and would have been happy with the room except our stay was ruined by people in the adjoining room. The walls were paper thin as we could hear their conversation They came in at approximately 11pm and talked for hours then alarms went off at 4am and once again the talking and laughing started and did not stop until they left around7am. Tina and Ana were lovely and allowed us to check in early as the room was ready. Bathroom facilities were clean beds were comfy a lot better than we expected!
