Comfortable chalet "Glockner", 2 storeys, detached, built in 2017, surrounded by meadows. On the outskirts, 2.6 km from the centre of Heiligenblut, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.8 km from the skiing area. Private: natural state property 250 m2. In the house: WiFi, sun terrace, central heating system, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.6 km, restaurant 1 km, indoor swimming pool 2.7 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 2.8 km, skisport facilities 2.8 km, ski rental 2.8 km, ski school 2.8 km. Nearby attractions: Großglockner Hochalpenstrasse. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Heiligenblut. Hiking paths: Grossglockner, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Please note: car recommended. This house was exclusively built with ecologically materials by local workers.

Open living room with satellite TV (flat screen), wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. 2 showers/WC, double hand-basin. Floor heating. Top floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 2 double bedrooms. Exit to the balcony. Balcony 7 m2, south facing position, large terrace 20 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. In the attic one of the best is a bunk bed in the attic.
