Family-friendly vacation home with water park and spa tub
This relaxing suite on the Chattahoochee River is in downtown Helen. It is about a one mile walk to the center of town. You can also rent a golf cart for the weekend to give you total freedom of exploring the downtown area of Helen. This modern decorated space has a small living room, gas log fireplace, television, kitchenette, dining area for two and a king bedroom. The bath located between the bedroom and living room has a combination shower and tub. The door in the bedroom leads to a patio with a hot tub, outdoor furniture and a beautiful view of the river.

This suite may be rented alone or together with the Alpine River Bend 2, the upper levels of the condominium. There are 14 stairs leading down to the Alpine River Bend 1.

Pets are not allowed at Alpine River Bend 1.
Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer fireplaces and DVD players. Refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee/tea makers are provided.

We loved tjis cute little condo was perfect for the two of up-the fireplace, hot tub was awesome-the only complaint is that you need to bring ear pluggs because you can hear the people above every word and every time they walk around-the people above us were drinking and very loud we actually went out and bought earplugs-love Helen Georgia it was awesome......

We enjoyed our stay! Although at first the wifi was in and out but it was fine in the end. We weren’t able to use the hot tub cause we didn’t know the code to unlock it. But we’ll know better for next time. Other than that we enjoyed our stay! Definitely would recommend to others !
