“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing, especially because many of these same concerns were mentioned in reviews from 2024 and still have not been addressed.Upon arrival, we found multiple windows unlocked, which raised safety concerns. The home was not as clean as expected: the floors were spotted and appeared not to have been vacuumed, there were dead bugs in the corners, and cobwebs were visible on the kitchen faucet and front porch. The tub and shower leaked, leaving the bath mats……

“The property is very clean and neat and obviously the owner puts a lot of thought into everything for the guests. They live above upstairs but they never bothered us, and we rarely even saw or heard them the 3 days we were there. You need to go up and down a few steps but TUG at 70 this was not a problem for us at all. This is a great safe place to chill and relax just outside of Nashville in a well kept quiet neighborhood. The lake view is fantastic. We would go back again.”
