We were only there for less than 12 hours. We flew in and didn't land until 11:45 pm so didn't get to the hotel until later. We were frustrated that we were told that the hotel shuttle did not pick after 12 am even though the website said 24 hour service. We had to pay $25 for a taxi. When we arrived at the hotel, the attendant said that the caller was incorrect and it runs until 1:30 am. We are out $25 dollars. Everything else was fine at the hotel and we would stay there again.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in!! The staff was very friendly especially Alexx! It was very clean and the breakfast was nice. We didn’t want to leave! We will be back. :)

We just needed a regular king room but got an handicap accessible room. The toilet wouldn't flush correctly and had to hold handle down for almost 2 minutes to get it to flush. There was no hot water at the sink. We were right by pool and it was noisy. Weve stayed there several times before and were never disappointed as this stay.. very unhappy with this stay.
