“Filthy with dog hair and stuck on food on floor. The furniture is severally stained with old food under the cushions. The front came to our room at 11 on the dot and told my wife that check out is 11 we knew and I was loading for an hour already. We were not at all satisfied with this hotel or the staff.”

“I never write reviews, but this time I feel it is necessary! The receptionist at check in was awesome and the coffee in the lobby was delicious! At first glance the room is as pictured in the app. The building is secure, as you need your key card to open the outside doors. But that is the extent of the positive aspects of this hotel! For second floor rooms, the wagons they provide to assist in getting your luggage to the room are not helpful, as they don’t have an elevator. I couldn’t use the……

“I booked this hotel based on having a kitchen, which it does, however, it has absolutely nothing in it. No dishes, pans, utensils, etc... What is the point? How many people travel with that stuff?”

“Upon check in we were greeted by a massive Cockroach! As if that wasn’t bad enough, the heater didn’t work. It was 32 that evening. We let the host know and seemed to me he had nothing but excuses. He did however try to move us into other locations but it was the same issue the heaters didn’t work and it was all the same building so there would’ve still been cockroaches. ”

“The living room tv wouldn’t connect to wifi so the maintenance man brought me a new 50 inch smart tv.Everything was nice n comfortable. I recommend the stay. ”
