“Hotel was clean and well maintained. Lots of traffic noise but that was expected. If you can’t do strong scents then don’t do this one, as the scents they use in the hallways is so over powering I had to hold my breath walking. Also if you have an issue with something customer service is a joke. They over charged me $778 and when I asked to talk to someone else, I was told there was no one else to talk to. This charge was before we even checked in and was stated as accommodations. We didn’t have……

“Great hotel and perfect for families and those who need to be able to cook. This specific location does not have an elevator, so those who need to avoid stairs, need to check on available 1st floor rooms. We loved the location; so convenient and honesty quiet.”

“Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight.”

“This is a beautiful place across the serene Scarlitt Bennett Center. 3 mins walk to Vanderbilt. Everything else is within walking distance. Way better than the mainstream hotels around. I was here for a workshop at VU.”

“They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. ”

“Everything was wonderful! The studio apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. I especially appreciated having plenty of towels available, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

“Room was fine. Keycard was constantly needing updated. No staff before 11am or after 7pm. Pipe burst in building and everyone was sent to the local SHELTER. Paid for a week but only received 2 days of our money back even though we paid for 7 and cancelled the reservation. GRIMEY”
