“Upon entering the building it was obvious that security was high priority. The reception area was very clean with food and drink vending machines available outside the well equipped gym. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment upon entering. It was spacious, bright and clean. Each room and area was clearly defined and attention to detail was excellent. The bathroom perhaps needs a refurbishment but that is really nit-picking. We met the owner on a couple of occasions and he was……

“I love the set-up of the suite, perfect for a supervised 15y/o sleepover. Communication with the hotel staff was beyond excellent!! However the cleanliness of the room did not meet our expectations. The sofa sleeper mattress cover was very nasty, as if it had never been changed. The sheets on the bed were badly stained as well. The bathroom sink always had lots of hair left behind. Besides, the cleaning mishaps, everything else was good.”

“My stay was good, but was constantly bothered about payment with ASSISTANCE because Expedia assistant.Lied on my itinerary. I had to pay an extra 300.00 of my food money .It really put me in a bind, on top of being bothered the entire time there about my Expedia reservation. Still and Will keep itinerary of reservation. Staff was good especially Mrs. ARMSTRONG. She was tired of working on bad itinerary for stay from Expedia Assistant on my reservation on 8/12 to 8/26! !”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the lodges! It was close to everything but just far enough away from the busy main road. Plenty of space, great for families. Staff was extremely nice including the security guard watching over the parking lot at night. We are definitely making this place our yearly stay while in pigeon forge.”
