“This property was very clean, close to everything we wanted to do and free parking!! It had a nice homey feel and right on the river! Kim was very easy to contact and a pleasure to work with!”

“Overall this was a decent stay. Water views from the balcony, the wildlife that appeared several times a day. A fairly easy walk to Broadway and the Stadium if you're in decent shape. The biggest thing that killed the vibe was just a bunch of little things that kept adding up. Not dirty, but definitely not the cleanest place we have stayed at. Several lamps etc. did not work correctly, the refrigerator doors need to be switched to the other side for easy access, the balcony did not look like it...

“Very clean and cute. We had raccoons and ground hogs outside our window everyday. It truly is less than a mile to Broadway, but I wouldn’t suggest walking for various reasons. The view of the river was nice and everything was very quiet and enjoyable. We would definitely return to this condo.”
