“We stayed four nights in April 2026 with another couple and the property was a perfect fit for us. The location was ideal as we walked to Broadway (more than once), Printers Alley, Monell's, the Farmer's Market, Jonathan's and Von Elrod's. We especially enjoyed the riverview from our private balcony. The interior was clean and very nicely decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. Communication with our host was always timely and helpful. This property definitely earned our 5 star……

“An ice and snow storm hit Nashville the weekend we were supposed to go. I asked the host if there was a back up generator because the national weather station forecasted loss of power due to ice. I was told no and noticed from other reviews that power goes out easily at the condo. I then asked, because of safety issues, to reschedule for another weekend and was told no again. ”

“Stay was excellent. Beds were so comfortable and location was perfect as we walked everywhere from Broadway to the big FCS Championship Football game at the Vanderbilt First Bank Stadium. Bathroom set up was very convenient with a shower room, separate toilet area and large vanity area. Whole Foods is about a 10 minute walk which was great as we cooked breakfast every morning we were there. ”

"Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price."
