Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and very accessible to all our needs. The staff was friendly and very helpful.They have a shuttle for the grand ole opry which is reasonably priced. Breafast was great, lots of choices and hot. The only thing i can say bad was that the maid never restocked the plastic cups so when we got back to the room to have a drink, we couldnt and no one could get us any. I didnt use any other facilities there so i cant comment. Overall i would recommend this hotel

Overall, our room was nice and clean. However, as we first entered the room, there was a dead bug inside the room next to the door. That was the only one we seen throughout our stay. I had to contact the hotel prior with a question, and the manager was a bit rude over the phone. But, the ladies at the front desk was really friendly and welcoming.

My daughter who was sleeping on the pull out bed called down to the desk for a king size bed spread, because she did like the rough little blanket that wasn’t comfortable at all. She wanted something softer. We spent 2 nights there and she just got excuses. Everything else was good.

For the price it was great way less than the opry and the rooms were actually better in my opinion plus a nice free pool and weight room with free breakfest in the morning from 6am to 10am and coffee all day
