“Nicely decorated and close to downtown but yet in a quiet area. No fault to owners but given this is on second floor, you will hear footsteps from above. Beds were very very comfortable and AC worked very well.”

“Booking this quaint little studio was the best thing we did! Perfect location to everything Nashville! We literally only used our car to drive to the Opry, otherwise everything was in walking distance! We felt very safe, parking was at our doorstep and it was gated. Everything was exactly as pictured and Casey was so helpful and attentive to our questions. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. Casey was able to give us local recommendations too. We will definitely be back and stay here……

“We enjoyed staying very much. Great location for CMA FEST. A few more towels and dish towels would be helpful. Appreciated the toiletries in the bathrooms. Also had cleaning items including dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs. We were comfortable in the beds. Definitely will stay again.”

“This was a great place to stay for our Nashville trip! Easy access, clean, nice amenities, easy street parking, and lots of restaurants in walking distance (and if you’re up for it, walking to Broadway is doable.) It was right around the corner from the Green Light Bar that had great food and was the pickup location for our Ghost Tour. The host provided all the details we needed in a message and they were prompt to respond when I had a question. Would definitely recommend!!”
