First there was trash all over outside the facility as well as cans overflowing. Our door lock....no chain and the deadbolt didn't work. The lady provided us a medium size bag of ice, instead of allowing us to get our own. The room was clean and we couldn't hear the neighbors when the door was closed. Location wasn't bad for one night but we will not be returning. During check-in, she couldn't find my reservation and asked me if I had already paid. I could have lied but didn't and made sure I paid her.

Very nice hotel have stayed here a few times. This time we had to wait 45 to get in our room as they were behind in cleaning. But they were polite and everything else was great.
