The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...
"This hotel was absolutely terrible. There was no proper cleanliness, no peace, and even the bathroom facilities were not working correctly. For example, the toilet seat was broken, the water in the shower didn’t drain and kept rising up to my ankles, and the same problem existed with the sink. The whole room was full of scratches and paint stains. Noise from the neighboring rooms could easily be heard all the time. "This is a lovely little hotel. Very professional staff extremely clean and quiet. Located right by the Schonbrunn palace it is just a gorgeous neighborhood with lots of lovely restaurants, bakeries and shops. The Palace grounds are beautiful and huge. While not right in the city centre I preferred staying here as the restaurants are cheaper and there is more of a local flavour. Wonderful hotel. "
