• Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Check with me first. If the cleaning crew had to come back due to your delayed checkout, you will be charged a $45 trip fee.
• Pets are OK for an extra fee. Contact me before booking.
• ROKU TV / Netflix and many other apps are available. No cable TV
• Let me know if the room temperature is not comfortable. I can adjust it accordingly. The wall ceramic heater is very efficient and quiet. Feel free to turn it on even in summer. Please turn it off before you checkout.
• Let me know if the neighbors upstairs are loud. I can address it immediately
•Toiletries, toilet paper, and kitchen towels are your responsibility we provide a start-up for your convenience.
• I have a strict NO DRUGs use policy. If you break the rule, you will be asked to leave immediately.

Home away from home
We had an extended stay due to home renovations. The space was so comfortable and we were very pleased with the management help along the way with our last minute extensions. Will be using this space when family is visiting from out of town. Great place!

Great place to stay while visiting D.C.
Some of the other reviews mentioned cockroach problems, noisy upstairs neighbors, and the parking spot being stolen. We stayed there for over a week and didn't have any of those experiences. It's a safe neighborhood pretty near to the police station and the metro station. We rented a car for half the trip and used public transportation for the other half visiting all sorts of tourist destinations and both methods are perfectly easy while staying here.
