“I don’t enjoy giving reviews that aren’t excellent but I feel the service I received for the money was not value. The additional 2 occupants (my kids) cost more to be on the foldout. However we got there and this was not made up as a bed and there were not enough towels in the bathroom. I emailed the hosts and was told to just go down and get extra towels from the garage. We had to make up the bed with bedding we found and pillows we brought ourselves. I mentioned this again upon checkout and……

“The staff were friendly while maintaining a professional manner. The studio was a bit smaller than expected but was suitable for 2 adults.”

“I was welcomed when I arrived and I found the instructions and access to the key safe very clear and straightforward. I was only there one night as a stopover on a long trip, so didn't cook but there were plenty of eating options in walking distance and about 12 minutes walk to the beach. I would have liked to stay longer!”

“Cosy, comfortable and well appointed, quiet and good location close to Flynn's Beach. Nick was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again if needed. Thanks Nick.”

“The cabin was beautiful, immaculate, and full of character. It was great to have a separate bedroom for the children, a sofa, dining area, and a full kitchen. We loved the pool! Our favorite part was waking up to the sound of cockatoos and parrots and to a beautiful sunset over the river by the cafe!”

“Great location. Nice, clean and modern inside. Dated exterior. Would stay there again.”

“2 coffee pods only. 3 teabags. Parking ok. Apartment very cold on arrival as there are polished concrete floors and not many rugs. Room warmed up after an hr or so of air-conditioning. Noise from upstairs annoying. No local tv as aerial malfunctioning according to other residents and has been for some time. ”

“Accommodation and staff are great. Second stay within 6 months. The only down side is the push to watch a presentation for some sort of sales pitch. I gave advanced notice I was not interested to attend on the phone prior to check-in and was still pushed to attend at check-in. It ends up making the check-in process awkward - even worse after a long travel to get to the accommodation with tired children. Please improve this process.”
