"Staff were great! We arrived earlier than planned and they were very accommodating, allowing us to check in to the room earlier than expected. The lounge and bar areas are great. The pool on the rooftop and view from the sitting area are spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay."

"L’hôtel est très moderne et contemporain. La seule fenêtre que nous avions était dans la salle de bain…de la chambre nous n’avions aucune vue extérieure. Aucun fauteuil ni canapé dans la chambre. La porte de la salle de bain est en verre givrée, et la lumière de la salle de bain reste allumée une vingtaine de minutes après utilisation. Ce qui est désagréable le soir et la nuit, la lumière éclairant la chambre au complet. Nous n’avons pas trouvé de façon ni d’interrupteur pour l’éteindre. Le dejeuner était très bon"

"We absolutely loved the resort and the amenities. We did have an issue with the sheets, when we first got there, we always check the bed for bugs, and we noticed stains on the sheets. Requested a linen change and we ended up having to request twice as they never came the first time. Also, the shower head was broken, only half of it worked? Very odd. But overall an amazing stay, will definitely come back 💗"

"I have stayed in upper and extremely moderate hotels, motels and inns. Never have I been told to use a palm sized bar of soap to wash my entire body because bath gel/body wash is not offered. I simply did an insufficient bird bath and when I got on the ship the next day, I spent a very long time in the shower with loads of suds all over my body. Yes, I am a woman. They do offer two vials of shampoo (no conditioner) and not sure how many who do wash their hair do not follow up with some kind of conditioner. Both body wash and conditioner can be cheap when bought in bulk."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable. AC worked well. No airport shuttle; no coffee maker in rooms; two vending machines for the entire building; overall the property and rooms are not very clean; change not availble if you need to do laundry; bring ear plugs as there was a lot of road noise. "
