"We love this property. I would definitely go back to this hotel. The people were wonderful. It was truly a sanctuary. The only thing that I wish was better was that our air conditioning did not work well so it was very hot at night. I still would go back! It was the best part of Panama"
"Visited for 4 nights and would recommend above the other hotels in Santa Catalina. A very relaxed atmosphere with great pool and restaurant area to hang out. "
"We stayed in one of the larger cabins and had a wonderful, laid back Panama beach stay! We loved our cottage, being on the beach, relaxing in our hammocks on the porch, and chatting with the lovely waiter when we had our meals. The meals were great, too! This is a fun, relaxing place to stay when you just want to kick back and live on a beach! Can't wait to stay longer next time!"
"Our stay was not that great. We arrived and the hotel had cancelled our reservation.
Our reservation said "you will pay at the hotel..." but the hotel tried to charge us in advance, my card was declined so they cancelled the reservation. They claim they have tried to contact me.
I asked why they did not contact Hotels.com, who could have sent me an email, and they said hotels.com did not pick up the phone. So they just cancelled my reservation.

"The staff, especially Elena, was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The place is comfortable, quiet at night and close to all the restaurants in town. It was hard to know which days the restaurant was open, but I guess that depends on the number of guests staying at the hotel. Overall, great stay!"
"A little bit out of the village (15-20 minute walk in) but a much better location than some in the village since it is directly beach front. Room was small but perfect for us, 2 bedside tables with reading lamps which was nice. Be sure to request a room with a balcony, even though we had a standard double room it still came with one, some do not.
Julio was amazing full of information and always willing to help out. We ate in the dining room the first night, it was quite busy, we were the...
"Owner was a super kind guy.
Room was small, dirty and full of bugs. Felt very over priced. Restaurant had good food, hard to communicate as no staff speaks english but its understandable!
No shuttle or way to transport into town. We had to hitch hike and we ended up leaving early cause it was so inconveniently located.
Place has lots of potential. Could be a super rad get away/ party place with some love. "
