Staff was very good. Property was under construction so had some messy areas. Pool was well maintained and the kids had a great time swimming. In room sofa bed was not comfortable but housekeeping brought more bedding to make it doable. Elevator were on and off due to mechanical repairs but front desk directed us to service elevator which served our needs. Service in all departments made up for other shortcomings. We would stay there again.

"This hotel was cute and comfy! Unfortunately our stay included tons of rain so we didn't to enjoy the pool. But the location is great, the rooms are spacious and we loved that there was a fan in the room. Great for families and we will definitely come back."
