"We were in town for a reunion. Booked very early on. A few days before arriving I called to ask about a late arrival. The gal that answered the phone was very pleasant and accommodating. She said our room key would be left on the front desk if we arrived after hours. That’s exactly where it was when we arrived. The establishment was very clean & updated, My husband didn’t think the bed was the most comfortable; I on the other hand slept just fine. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast without hot entrees except for a waffle, but adequate enough. Would stay here again. Better than other options in nearby towns. "

"The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. We had kids from 1 mo- 6 years old. The house has so many unique details including bunk beds that would work even for adults. I especially enjoyed drinking my coffee on the dock in the morning and kayaking. The kitchen was fully stocked including even Tupperware. We had a few hiccups during the trip including the power being out for a few hours and the internet needing to be reset. I would bring flashlights. Due to the remote location of the house, there is no cell service. The owner was very responsive. "
