In summary the experience I had after paying over $700 for my stay is not worth considering coming back to a city I visit often. As someone that travels alot for my job Ive experienced the good and bad and this hotel experience was not particularly good. Day 1 after arriving, hotel desk tells me bar/food closing in 30 min. Walk up to bar and before I sit down bar staff member tells me "I got nothing not even ice for you". Ok if they closed early fine but attitude shouldn't need to be included after a 3 hr drive here. So without any response to his attitude I walk out. Next morning my room carpet flooded from broken hvac. Things happen but seemed to be a noticeable inconvenience for staff, like i should be apologizing after they needed to move me and i had to pack all my stuff delaying my appointment that morning. . Day 3 I never got my hotel receipt after asking front desk to email it to me as i checked out. Had to call them a few times to finally get it emailed. After reviewing it, they charged an extra night of valet parking that was another $65 added to my bill that I needed to then call back again to go through their financial person to refund. I will say the hotel manager was short staffed because he was literally the restaurant host on day 2. He was extremely nice and helpful when i was ordering dinner so I would say hes the only reason I enjoyed that part of the stay. Same with morning host when ordering breakfast.

Stayed here for the first time and we loved that it was clean. People were friendly. Food was great.
