When we arrived our room was heated to around 27 degrees and an apology note saying the air con was not working yet. It took quite some time for the room to cool down when we opened all the windows. The one elevator wasn’t showing floor numbers we later found out but made a lot of guests think it was broken making them tackle the stairs to get to their rooms. After asking if it was the only elevator that’s when we were told it was just the display not working but being the only elevator it took some time for it to arrive etc.
The hotel staff were all great and courteous and all willing to help. I think when the hotel is finished it will be a lovely place to stay and we would certainly go back when it’s complete.

Excellent service and facilities, nice to have the pool/sauna/hot tub available after a long day walking in the area.
Staff were very friendly and efficient. Food at dinner and breakfast was lovely and good value. Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped with kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer, ironing board.
Would recommend.
