Family getaway
Really loved the location and the condo set up. Great to be able to have bedrooms separate. Was a little dated and coffee maker and blenders didn’t work. Pans were old. Liked having a washer and dryer in the condo. Roxie was great. Better communication from evolve about check in. We were lucky someone let us in gate. If not we were blocking the road until we could get fob from room. Need a better way to get in. Liked close to elevator and would probably stay again.

We had a fantastic week at Seaside Villas! Great location. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

It's Ok. NEXT TO AN ELEVATOR. View of the PARKINGLOT and the dumpster.
This is our 8th Spring Break on HHI. Our 3rd time in Sea Side Villas. We rented this unit because of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The price reflects the amenities (beat-up). But not the location of the unit in the building. The price should be lower to compensate for the view and the noisy elevator right next to the master bedroom window. The descriptions goes over what is included, but doesn't mention that: - the unit is next to an elevator - beach chairs are NOT included (I've never stayed in a rental that doesn't include beach chairs, Hilton Head or not) - the view from the balcony is probably one of the worst ones in the building Neighborhood is great! Close to shopping, restaurants, Pope Ave, Van Der Meer Tennis and Sea Pines 2nd gate. Check in was easy. Communication with the owner was great. Cancellation policy and fees are one of the best on VRBO. We will be back to HHI for many more years, but NOT to this unit.

Condo was very nice, but didn't have any beach stuff (chairs, cooler, towels), so bring your own. Sunbathing platform was great, as was beach access. A little over-priced for what you got.

Good place for a retired couple and one adult.
The property was not ready when we arrived. A disappointment after being on the road for several hours. Roxie took care of this promptly. The elevator did not work, making things difficult to move in/out. BUT, the price was more than fair, and location was very good for a short vacation for a retired couple and adult son.

Very responsive landlord!!
Property was the perfect size for my small family of 4. My 5-year-old loved to sleep in the bunk beds. We had the perfect amount of room for a pack and play in the second bedroom. Property was a very short walk from the beach. We had two minor issues and the owner and property management company were extremely responsive in solving the issues We plan to stay here again!!

Fantastic location!
Loved our stay here! Easy beach access and close to many shops and restaurants. The condo is small but accommodated our family of 6 easily. Kids loved the games under the tv. There were two beach chairs but one was broken so he sure to bring your own beach chairs and accessories.

Small, clean comfortable
We enjoyed our stay in this compact condo. The bunk beds are very small, but fine for our 2 day stay. There are a few things we would suggest. There is no mention of a code for the beach gare. You can go out but the gate is locked to get back in. There is a way to walk around to get back in but it’s confusing. The condo needs hot pads in the kitchen and a clean sponge. Also a bar of soap or body wash in the shower so you don’t have to take it from the sink and Kleenex would be nice. Plenty of bath towels but no beach towels. 1 hairdryer. At the end of our stay we followed all the check out instructions but when I text the man to tell him we were checking out, he text me back that he no longer takes care of the property. So a few updates on the instructions list would be handy. Also the mention of where the elevator would be good. We drug our suitcases around looking for it. (It’s in the center of the building in the parking area but not visible from the parking lot.) Wonderful huge beach and chair and umbrella rentals available through the beach patrol company. As a host I would add that to the information.

Great family vacation
The location of the property was wonderful! We could see pool from front door. We had a semi view of ocean from back balcony . The unit has washer and dryer. The ocean is just a short walk through parking lot. There’s an awesome pirate park 2-3 blocks away and shops just 3 blocks away. We saw turtles, alligators, birds, bunnies, lizards, crabs, jelly fish, and dolphins everyday. The tide was super fun. All the people we kind and friendly. We highly recommend staying at the seaside villas.

Cozy and clean. Very convenient to elevator. All the things you need to make memories but if you're a coffee drinker, take k cups as the coffee pot is a Keurig and not the brew pot shown in the pictures. Would stay again!

Location, Location, Location!
You really can't beat the location of the property. It is right on the beach and this unit has decent beach view. Short walk to Coligny cirle. If you are checking in during off hours then you will have to walk in thru side gate, get the key on the wall using access code provided in email and then use the FOB attached to the key to open the gate to get your car in! The instruction was not clear in the email and we spend a little while scratching our heads past mid-night when someone showed us the way!
