Completely redesigned second floor ocean view villa in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach. Everything in the place is new. Comfy King Bed, beautiful kitchen, stand up shower, new flooring, counter tops and much more. Comes with beach chairs and beach towels. All in walking distance to Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut and the new Celebration Park.

Located in Seaside Villas, an oceanfront complex located about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza with numerous restaurants, entertainment and shops.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Great condo
My cousin and I have stayed in this condo 3x and love it every time. It’s well decorated/clean, nice view of the ocean and comfortable bed/pillows. There has been a small amount of laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. which is really nice when a person is flying in. Beach sunrises are gorgeous and worth waking up early for 😎

Beautifully decorated condo. Perfect for a couple. Everything was exactly as stated in the description. Great communication with the host - restaurant recommendations, checking in to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. Loved the anniversary cookies waiting for us upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this condo. We hope to stay there again.

The villa was very clean and just right for me and husband celebrating my birthday. It had everything we needed with access to the elevator, pool, parking and the beach all very close. A Brief Getaway
My husband and I enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the close proximity to Coligny Plaza. You can see the ocean from the balcony as the pictures indicated. The condo was as pictured and clean. Loved having a king bed that was very comfortable. The tea kettle and small coffee pot were a nice surprise. The sunny, protected pool area was a nice place to read since the beach was very windy and chilly. Nice place for a couple and sure beats a hotel in space and price!

Perfect little spot on the beach!
Our family of 4 has been coming to Hilton Head for the last 4 years. We like staying at Sea Side Villas because of its location to the beach, the boat playground, and Coligny! This villa is super cute, comfortable king bed (my favorite), and has everything you need when staying to vacation at the beach with kids.

Great beach getaway
We had a quick but fantastic time staying at HHI. The condo is located in a great area and a few steps to the beach. The space was super clean and organized, with modern design and amenities. The king bed was super comfortable and my 12 yr old had a great night sleeping in the sofa bed. Kendall was super responsive and very generous throughout our stay. We will definitely consider staying there again soon!

Quick & Easy Get-Away
I’ve stayed in this area a lot, and the location of the Vrbo works excellent for my needs. Proximity to the beach is amazing, it is just down the stairs from the condo, the king bed is comfortable, the kitchen and living space is perfect for a quick and easy get-away. Just a few things; it would be nice if in the living space with the ottoman there was a smaller table besides the one under the TV + a table out on the balcony, & additionally if the kitchen included clips to keep bags of chips or snacks shut. I would stay here again.
