You get the basics - very plain. The staff is very bossy. There’s a kitchen but nothing to use in the kitchen. The building/rooms feel old and out of date. What’s been redone has been cheaply renovated.

Except General Manager all staff members are very polite and friendly. We are searching for a better GM for this location. Expect simple rooms with basic amenities at Simple Rewards Inn. The kitchenette room is for long term -monthly, yearly guests only. You were given that room as an upgrade, only because the guest checked out from that room after six months and we did not had any reservation for that room for next three nights. The motel was built in 1988, exterior corridor property , three story building. We are sorry to hear that you thought it is a cheap renovation! Thank you for your feedback.

Simple and inexpensive place to stay in that area. Room was clean and was surprised there was a humidifier in the room, it made my sleep much better. Shower water pressure is very good !

A surprisingly good stay! The room has been remodeled with quality furnishings. The HVAC system was a new Frigidaire unit and was very quiet. The refrigerator was larger than expected and was very handy. The bathroom was extremely clean….toilet and tub were new, shower was great with fantastic water pressure and plenty of hot water. The king size bed was comfortable and so was the couch. TV and Internet were fine. This property had an elevator which made access to the upper floor easy. Very friendly staff! We would definitely stay in this facility again!

Missed having a breakfast buffet. Check in was in two rooms instead of nice office. But rooms were very good, great bed, nice appliances. But no coffee pot!! Big no-no!

Property was super clean at a very reasonable price. Desk clerk was very welcoming. Room came with fridge and microwave. I would have liked coffee maker but that is part of cheaper rate

Very utilitarian and functional. Not prettiest furniture, but super clean. Had large fridge, small microwave, paper towels, disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer which is unusual, but very thoughtful. And useful. Breakfadt is bananas muffi s and donuts

Hidden gem. The room was so clean, quiet, comfortable beds and hot shower. Large refrigerator, washer and dryer on site. They are remodeling the office area, so no breakfast, but they did have coffee, doughnuts, and bananas.

I knew nothing when I first saw it. It was a modest place, but I then noticed how clean and well kept the property was, and that the room was well appointed and in good repair. The cleaning and maintenance sstaff were friendly and capable and the owners went out of their way to make me happy. It was great value for the money.
