Shorewood 431 - Oceanview 4th Floor

With a balcony accessible by the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Shorewood 431 enjoy a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Shorewood pool area. After hours in the surf, vacationers return from the ocean via Shorewood's beach walkway and then dip into the freshwater swimming pool or a seasonally heated spa. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30.
Toddlers have a separate wading pool. Shorewood is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Shorewood is two blocks from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. 1 Walk In Shower.
The kitchen and both baths were recently renovated. King in the master, 2 Twins in the 2nd plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Hilton Head vacation
Location was excellent, everything walkable. Great view, comfortable condo. Carpet had several large stains, needs to be replaced ASAP. Various ceilings had water damage, need to be repainted ASAP. Had no internet, had to fix it myself; property Mgr attempted to fix to no avail. Overall, unit needs a little TLC but very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Would definitely visit again!

Enjoyable Stay
The location of the condo was wonderful. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and most important the beach! There is are a couple of beach chairs in the condo, but not in good working condition. We took advantage of the chairs and umbrella set up by the beach patrol. There is a fee but worth it! The condo was clean. The washer and dryer in the unit was a plus. I would recommend updating the furniture in the living room, it is not comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, and utensils. You will not find extras like salt, pepper, cooking spray, or extra trash bags. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo and facility was great!

Great condo and location!
We loved our stay at Shorewood Villas! The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Great views from the balcony and master bedroom. Very short walk to Coligny. The pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. Would definitely stay at this location in the future!

Great location overall satisfied. Would address ceilings in bathroom and living room slight moisture and peeling issue. Grout in bathrooms could be addressed and maybe update door sliders. Overall pretty clean and nice kitchen would still recommend as a pleasant stay and great location

Hilton Head 2021
We have been to Hilton Head many times, but this is the first time staying at Shorewood. Beautiful facility with a great pool and wonderful location. Close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and most importantly the beach! The condo was exactly as described, very well furnished and has everythjng you will need for a family vacation. The view from the balcony was wonderdul and we enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the table outside. Definitely will be staying here again!!

I stayed here with my husband and kids. The layout of the condo was great as was the location. Nice pool and beach access. The unit was surface clean but could use a deep clean. There was a weird smell in the guest bedroom all week, I think coming from the water heater in the closet.

Great place for my family
We enjoyed our stay. The location is terrific! The only problem we had was the clothes dryer didn’t work. The management company came to try to work on it. They couldn’t get it to work, so they offered to pick up any clothes we needed dried during our stay. I would definitely stay in this condo again.
