Great for a family vacation!
They have thought of nearly everything for a great family vacation stay! Having the nursery attached to the master bedroom and an actual crib was amazing. There were a lot of other baby amenities, even a tub, that made our stay so much easier. Our toddler also loved the kids play room and beach/pool toys. The house was very true to the listing and walkable to a few things including the beach which was nice. They do offer a late check out for an additional charge, but it would be nice to have a bit later check out included especially for families. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family get-together!
Finding the right location for our family of 8 adults and 9 children was key for a successful 50th anniversary celebration and this beach house hit the mark! There was plenty of space to allow each family privacy, while also keeping the kids busy enough in the playroom when we were home. Hilton Head has tons of great restaurants, shopping, and runs to the supermarket were easy. Lots of outdoor activities around too. It was a memorable 5 days for us. Highly recommend— enjoy!

Family Reunion Fun
The house was perfect for the 14 adults and children. We were especially pleased with the full compliment of equipment and dishes in the kitchen as we prepared all the meals for the week. The internet was not working well the first two days but once someone came to fix it, it was fine. The only addition I would suggest might be more kitchen towels! I would recommend it, especially for a close family group!d We could have had more than 14 and been comfortable.P.S. the kids appreciated the heated pool!

My family and I visit Hilton Head quite often. We always use VRBO for our accommodations. All of our stays are exceptional. This stay was no different. The house was impeccably decorated. The house was cleaned and very comfortable. The only issue was that the vinyl flooring in the 4th floor childrens room is separating andlifting in several areas.

We had a absolutely great time. We loved the property. One big concern the lake out back didn’t know it had alligators in it and the sign in the back yard is not visible. Needs to be move right I. Front of patio. Needs a gate so that guest can feel comfortable that the gators won’t come on patio and into the pool while kids are playing very scary. Also the picture of the back of the house makes you think the beach is right out back. Why are there benches out by the lake when you know there alligator in the lake/ pond. We will recommend and return. Thank you

Hello. We are so glad that you had a wonderful time. We do have plans to add a fence to the backyard. We previously had a seating wall there but we’re forced to take it down by the town. Alligators are native to our area and can be found in in the lagoons everywhere here. I will make sure that the neighbors who have the sign put up get it back up to where it is visible. The benches that you are referring to belong to Hilton Head beach and tennis and are across the lagoon on the complete opposite side from the house. These have nothing to do with our community or homes. However, alligators are not naturally aggressive unless they are fed by humans and the benches are a good distance back from the lagoon shore. Either way they are not accessible from our home. Thanks again for staying and I’m glad you enjoyed your stay.

Beautiful Beach House
This is an amazing beach house! The furnishings, décor, and kitchen/bathroom finishes are beautiful. The kids room was a big hit. We enjoyed swimming in the covered pool after a full day of sun at the beach. The screened in porch with swing and patio furniture was also a great way to spend evenings and early mornings. We would definitely recommend this home and had a great stay!

Wonderful stay - kids loved the pool and all beds were very comfortable. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk/ride to the beach (less than 0.4 miles). A great option/choice in Hilton Head.

Great family getaway!
Our family ranged in age from 69 years old to 6 months. We all had a wonderful time. The house was gorgeous and had all the amenities that we needed. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The walk to the beach was pleasant and the pool at the property was a big hit with everyone. We loved that it was covered so we didn't need to worry about sunburns! I would highly recommend this home to any family!

Our family totally enjoyed our time together at Folly Field. The beach nearby was so much fun for the kids and adults, too! The beautiful home had everything we needed for the beach and the salt water pool was so much fun for the younger ones in the evening. We couldn’t have enjoyed it more!

We had a group of 21! The kids enjoyed the bedroom and the pool! The adults loved the kitchen, the outside sitting areas. The large porch swing, and the space in the house! The house had everything that we needed! The stove is tricky and takes some getting use to.(only 1 meal ruined!) and we were never able to get in the garage using the code. Would DEFINITELY stay here again tho. Beautiful home.

Excellent !! Great location, very clean. Close to a lovely beach. Enjoyed the screened in porch, the kids loved watching the turtles. The elevator was very nice addition. We cooked almost all of our meals, the kitchen was very well stocked, not far from us was a stand that sold fresh fish, it was fantastic. We did a shrimp boil, we had mussels and scallops every night.. Having tv's in every room was a nice touch, when someone just needed a little alone time . The top floor was a FANTASTIC spot for the kids, they loved the bunk beds and the toys. We slept in the Master suite, the bathroom was huge. You felt like you should invite 6 more people to enjoy the shower with you !!!! It was HUGE. The lower level had a nice pool and chairs, we enjoyed that very much. We stayed in the rental for 1 week, would have liked to stay longer. Our only issue, the king size bed in the master suite was very worn. The center of the mattress was like a giant hill and we had to sleep on the very edges of the mattress. It just needs to be replaced. Everything else was great! and we recommend it highly

I have instructed our inspectors to check for supports or feet missing under the master bed because this was a $2000 mattress and should not be sagging after only 3 years. We had a handful of different families staying together and the house worked out well. Plenty of space and we loved the enclosed deck and the swing. The kid area upstairs was great, as well! Thought the beach was a little closer- still within walking distance, though, and it was a nice beach and not too crowded.

Very very nice stay... 4 1/2 Stars out of 5
The property and accommodations were very nice and we had a great time. The rooms were great and we had 5 kiddos between the ages of 3-8 and they all bunked in the top floor bunk beds. The shaded placement of the pool also made it very nice to cool off after the walk back from the beach (see additional comments below). Lastly, the property manager and/or owner did an excellent job of supplying the property with all the extras... spices/seasoning in the kitchen, plenty of beach gear, ample toys for kids in the bunk room, and the interior design/functionality of the furniture is awesome... lastly, there is a ping-pong table in the garage which we really enjoyed. My only critique (and the reason for not having a 5 out of 5 star review) is that the proximity to the beach was a little misleading in the description. Thought is was a 2-3 block walk but in reality it was a bit longer. Also, the Hilton property next door will NOT allow you to have access to the beach without purchasing a pass through Hilton. The info book in the kitchen made mention of having access there but Hilton was very quick to shut that down.

Thanks for your kind review . To clarify... our manual states you can buy a pass at Hilton Head beach and Tennis to go to Jamaica Joez Beach Bar. You cannot use this resort for beach access and you will be turned away if you appear to be or mention that this is your intention....but we and many guests have been to Jamaica Joez many times by buying a pass. They credit you the pass cost on your food ticket at Jamaica Joez.

Beautiful Home. Gorgeous Decor!
I rented this house for the weekend of my wedding and my family absolutely loved it! I received a lot of compliments on my choice :). It's beautifully decorated and the pool area was a big hit with the kids. This house definitely has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It was spotless when we arrived and really felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay again if we decide to come back to Hilton Head.

Great house/wonderful stay
This home has everything needed for a week of fun in the sun. Plenty of beach chairs, dishes, towels, amenities. Our gas ran low for the grill, and Jennifer was quick to see that it was replaced. Jennifer was very prompt in answering any emails with questions. The beach was a nice walk. The neighborhood felt safe. 3 refrigerators really helped with food storage. We had a family of 17 there and had plenty of space to spread out. It was a great benefit to have the baby equipment in the home. Highly recommend.

An incredible, spacious house with all the amenities you could ever need.
We had a wonderful week staying at Jennifer’s house and would recommend it unequivocally. There were three families (8 kids and 6 adults) and we fit very comfortably. We made good use of the heated pool, beach gear (toys, cart, chairs), and decks and patio. The kids (ages 2 - 14) loved the playroom and time at the beach, about 0.5 mile away. The kitchen is very well appointed and it is obvious Jennifer has a flair for decorating. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

My group and I enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, as was the pool. We had no issues and everything was working properly. Jennifer was very helpful throughout the entire process and especially during our stay as we were there during the hurricane evacuation process. She was very good about keeping us updated as we were not from the area. I would definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful house.

House was perfect for us!
We rented this house for a family reunion with my grown children and grandchildren and absolutely loved it. The house and all the furniture, fixtures, etc. were clean and ready to go when we checked in. The grandchildren loved the kids room on the top floor and had so much fun together. We chose this house for its size and location and were not disappointed. We walked to the beach just about every day and some of our group went to the nearby pitch & putt too. All in all we had a wonderful week and would not hesitate to rent this house again!

Great place for a large or many families
We had my wife and I, our 4 adult children and their spouses, and all their kids- 22 in all. What a great house. Here's the consensus of the things we especially appreciated: 1. The pool was slightly small, but it was also under the second floor patio. So we were constantly shaded from the hot sun. It was used whenever we weren't at the beach. 2. Loved having the elevator to take luggage and food up to other floors. 3. Loved the bunk room on the fourth floor for the older kids. 4. If was about a 3-4 block walk/bike ride to the beach access. You could also drive there, but you had to pay $1/hr for parking. The beach access was partly a wooden walkway with restrooms and partly and blue rubberized mat- very nice compared to walking on the hot sand. 5. The second floor deck had a very comfortable swing 6. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage 7. The house is nicely decorated, and there are plenty of utensils, towels, bowels, and dishes 8. There is a large pantry in the kitchen.

Family Reunion
Our family of three grown children, two with spouses and three children each, an aunt, an uncle, and a niece with a daughter gathered at 27 Sandcastle for an annual get-together to get caught up on one another's lives and share time, activities, and meals. Individuals and families from age six to 75 came from California, Colorado, Iowa, Tennessee, Florida, and South Carolina to participate. We have stayed in many houses at Hilton Head Island and Isle of Palms over the years but this home topped them all. It features three floors of extremely well-designed space with more than adequate room for group games, eating in-house prepared meals, working puzzles, reading, talking, sleeping, swimming in the pool, and trips to the beach and shopping. We highly recommend it for families or large groups of friends who want to experience a wonderful time away from home.

Great house
The house was perfect! It was New and clean. Beautifully decorated and had everything you would ever need! The kids room had everything our family could have needed - games, dvds, toys, books, stuffed animals! The Bluetooth speakers around the house were a nice addition. The porches were great to relax on. I especially loved the porch swing! My family loved the heated pool, fire pit, and outdoor grilling area! The pool toys, sand toys, and beach chairs were great to have. It was just a short walk to Folly Field Beach. The kitchen was very big and had everything you would need to cook dinner. We loved having the extra fridge in the garage by the pool! I cannot say enough about this house. It was truly perfect. We were sad to have to leave it! Cannot wait to rent the house again in the future!!!!!! The house owner Jennifer was great to work with too!!!

The BEST home in Folly Field!
This place is Amazing! If you're coming to soak up the rays, then look no further! It's only a quarter-mile walk to the beach. If you're coming to stay inside and read, then look no further! This house has plenty of space to get away. If you're coming to shop, then look no further! You're only a quarter-mile from the main highway. This house legitimately has it all. My wife and I took a group of 12 students down for spring break, and there was plenty of space; we did not feel packed like sardines. There are more than plenty gathering spaces. Planning on doing a lot of cooking? No worries here because there are two ovens in the kitchen! Also, this house had SUPERB quality! It was so nice inside! There was an awesome master suite and a fun bunkbed room if you have multiple families with kids. The AC worked great, so it'll keep you cool during the hot summers in Hilton Head. I'm not sure how to convey what a palace this place is. My wife and I walked by some of the neighborhoods, and this house is new, large, and quality! The owner was super helpful to work with. Quick replies to emails, always ready to answer any questions we had. If you're shopping around for a rental, then I think you've found a good one. No need to keep looking. You'll be happy you chose this house and this owner!

Thanksgiving family gathering 2016
This beautifully decorated beach house was ideal for our family. Equipped with everything you need for a large group. Plenty of towels, and well stocked kitchen including crock pot and electric griddle for all those pancakes for the kids. That is if you can get them out of their kids retreat on the top floor. The elavator made it easy for the old folks but the baby was happy ,too, the highchair and pack and play crib came in handy. The short walk to the beach was ideal and it was warm enough to use the heated pool. Clean, well maintained, lovely new home away from home. Close to restaurants and activities. Would love to come back again.

This house was amazing!
We stayed for 3 nights. The house is new and very clean with nice upgrades - especially the kitchen. The pool is nice as it is covered so the kids can swim even if it's raining. There is even a fridge down in the garage for easy access from the pool. They did a great job of providing small conveniences like: beach chairs/beach umbrella/beach cart/full stock of kitchen utensils/pack-n-play/high chair etc... The kids room is the best! 3rd floor with tons of cool stuff for them to play with. I highly recommend and we would stay there again without hesitation. The neighborhood is gate guarded with access code and there are only about 10 homes in there (as of now). Beach was a 5-7 min walk with easy access. I would also like to mention that the owners were very good with communication before and during the stay.

Very nice place
My company and I rented this place for a week and it was simply amazing. Everything very up to date and luxurious. Definitely one of the best rentals
