Fantastic- Great Location !!!
Resort and Condo was better than expected. The owners were very attentive at multiple levels and in communication if needed. The Condo itself was immaculate, very clean, hooks where you needed them, beds were very comfortable, wagon and chairs for the beach, well stocked kitchen with many pots, pans, dishes, glassware and utensils. They even provided soaps for both the kitchen and bathrooms along with start up paper products. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back when visiting the island in the future. The patio was equipped with chairs and a table that overlooked the resorts lagoon. Relaxing for sure for our much needed break from our daily routines. Would Highly recommend.

The listing was accurate to what we stayed in. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and close to the playground. It was well stocked and pretty clean. The resort itself had some weird things they were strict on compared to others, but they were pretty laid back at the pool and generally nice. Though, some things at the condo seemed to be falling apart a little (i.e. dining room chairs, screen door to the sliding door was difficult to use), it was well kept and we were very thankful for the kindness and communication with who we rented from! We made memories that will last a lifetime!

Great location , house was very clean, owner very responsive. Short walk to pool and beach. Son had a blast fishing in the pond behind the house, would definitely come back. Neighbor was super kind as well!

Very Nice Place
The condo is very nice, easily accommodated myself and two or three visitors at a time. The unit overlooks a nice lagoon (especially from the back porch) and a fairly regular alligator visitor is safely and easily viewed just 20 yards from the unit (sunning on the lagoon bank). The HHI Beach and Tennis Resort is in a great kocation on the island, easy access to a great beach, terrific tennis and pickle ball opportunities, bike rentals on site, and bike path a stone’s throw away. Easy access to many excellent golf courses. It’s helpful that there are two bathrooms. TV in both bedrooms and living room area. Dining table comfortably seats six. Kitchen is fine. Owner/hosts were very accessible and anxious to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Easy access to many good restaurants, movie theater, shops etc. I definitely recommend this property.

Excellent stay! Nice, clean condo. Well-stocked kitchen with great pots and pans. Comfortable beds. Good location near the playground with a view of the lagoon and a relatively easy walk to the beach and pool, even with small kids. Could use a few more storage shelves but that’s a small complaint for an overall fantastic unit!

Easy & Comfortable Vacation
This corner/back unit is very quiet and peaceful. The lagoon view entertained us with many turtle and gator sightings. The ease of walking just a few steps to get to your vehicle makes it easy on families! The kid’s bedroom was perfect for our crew. The beds were very comfortable and clean. You can tell the mattresses are newer. Closets had plenty of space to hang clothing. The most impressive thing about the unit was the water heater. My family of 5 could shower back to back without running out of hot water. Bike rental on the property was a simple process. Overall, we where very happy with our stay. Hilton Head is such a wonderful place for families to vacation. We can’t wait to return!

Great condo and excellent central location
The place is great and perfectly met our needs. Short 8 minute walk to the beach. We also enjoyed playing pickleball at the courts. We had an unforeseen issue and the owners were both understanding and accommodating. Great people.

Our time in Hilton Head was great!
We loved the condo! Bed in master was very comfortable. Both bathrooms were beautifully redone. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more! Very short (6-8 min) walk to beach. My kids loved the playground which was a short walk from the condo as well.

This was the perfect place to stay. Although I wish it was oceanfront...it’s a quick 8 min walk to the beach right across the parking lot. Had everything we needed, even some spices! We would definitely book here again. Sue was so kind to even drop off a pack n play for our 4 month old so we didn’t have to bring ours. Loved it here!

My husband and I both enjoyed our stay at the condo. Plenty of kitchen supplies, hooks where one needs them, and other thoughtful items to make the stay comfortable. Loved the corner condo view with the lagoon. We saw various herons, turtle, ducks, etc. The resort itself was very nice. Nice place to stay.

Great Stay!!!
This was my second stay at this condo, and loved it again. The complex is fantastic, with a large pool, beach bar, restaurant, and well kept grounds. The condo is well maintained, with a nice deck looking out over the lagoon. It is in the back of the building, so you are not just looking over a parking lot like many of the condos. Also, Sue is very responsive, and will answer an email or text very quick. This is my go to condo for family trips to Hilton Head!

We loved the location of this first floor villa away from most of the crowded condos on the resort. Nicely decorated with two bedrooms and bathrooms, nice view of the lagoon and shaded parking. Owners were communicative on a property issue which was soon resolved. Great vacation!

We had a great family trip at HHI. This condo is cute and spacious and had all we needed for the week. Although it is a good walk to be beach there was a beach cart and accessories that helped a lot. Porch stays shaded and lagoon view was nice.

The condo is nice for a family with kids. The bunkbed room was great to have. The floors are perfect for sand, the kitchen was stocked with a great selection of pots, pans and dishes. We loved not having to use a key because of the programmable keyless lock on the door. The use of the beach cart, umbrella and chairs was awesome. The beach and pools are just an easy few minutes through the complex parking lot. We had a great stay.

We had the family here for a 5 night stay and we hated to leave. The condo was very nice. Plenty of room and peaceful. It’s a very short walk to the pool or beach. He kids really enjoyed finding sand dollars and crabs on the beach at night when the tide is low. I would recommend this for a great stay. There is also plenty to do. The owner is very attentive and even sent a text when we arrived to make sure we got there ok and everything was up to par. There is everything you need in the condo. From dishes, towels, beach gear etc. I was even a dummy and left a couple pairs of shorts in a dresser. They were mailed to me in a few days! If you stay here, you will not be disappointed. The island also has some great restaurants! We will be back!

Awesome condo!
We absolutely loved this condo!!! The condo had a great beach/home feel to it. My kids loved the guest bedroom which had the bunk beds along with the twin bed. The rooms were beautifully decorated. The deck has a great view of the lagoon. The location was wonderful because it was on the first floor located at the end of the building so that unloading your car was so easy! The owners immediately left a voicemail when we arrived at the condo to let us know they were available but with everything being perfect we didn’t need to bother them. My family can not wait to get back next summer and enjoy this beautiful condo. Thank you Sue for making our stay perfect!

Nice unit, and not expensive either....
We rented this A building tennis units condo for six weeks in February and March. It was clean and freshened up recently. There are some items that could use work, but overall it was what we were looking for as the raised first floor ( 8 steps) saved a lot of up and down flights for us. No one was in the unit above us the whole time, so that was nice. But with most condo (apartment) buildings, there will be the steps and door noise in the building to put up with. This building is furthest from the beach and tennis courts so it was quiet in that regard, but it is also the closest to the Folly Field Road, so there was the rush of traffic going by, but that didn't seem too bad except for the occasional truck, cycle or hot rod. The complex grounds were very nice. New shrubs were being planted along the fence between the road and the building we were in to beautify as well as help with road noise. The ocean units were being worked on while we were there with new paint and balcony railings. I would assume they will eventually get to the tennis units, but it looks like a multi-year plan. The balcony view for this unit is wonderful. Mostly pond and vegetation now, but houses are being built on the other side, so that view is bound to change eventually. The pool isn't heated, but kids still enjoyed it as I did a couple of times. The pool area is very nice. There are two beach access boardwalks on the property, one by the pool and the other on the far side of the Admirals Row building. My wife took advantage of the fitness center six days a week and while it's small, it is well equiped. The laundry area is in the same building with about five washer and dryers. While we were there, we didn't have to wait too long to use them though.

We had a great stay. It worked well for our family of six. The owners were wonderful and very helpful. The resort was great. Loved having dining options onsite. The only downsides were no washer/dryer and the walk over to the beach. But for the price and the niceness of the unit those were minor issues. And there is a laundromat onsite. I appreciated that there were beach chairs/cart/umbrella provided. Pool is fantastic. I would definitely recommend staying here! And Hilton Head is beautiful!

Responsive owners, very nice condo!
We have stayed at Beach and Tennis many times, and love the resort itself. It's got a great pool, well maintained grounds, nice beach, etc. The condo is fantastic, especially if you need two bedrooms, which most of the beach villas don't have. It is still an easy walk to the beach, and the condo itself is well maintained and not lacking anything. Also the owners are very quick to respond to questions, etc. This will be our go-to condo at HHI from now on!

Great week on the island - everything you need in one location.
The owners were very easy to communicate with and their response to any issues or questions was almost instant. A very well managed property. Condo is actually a little bigger than the pictures show. A nice two bedroom that easily fit our family of 5 (three bigger kids). Everything we needed was right there at the resort - easy beach access, huge pool, complimentary tennis, fitness room, bike rentals, multiple restaurants and more. Clean and Quiet
This unit was tucked in the corner, facing the lagoon with a water feature, just as the picture shows. It was nice to take a lunch break out on the deck and enjoy the scenery. Having access to the beach cart at the unit was a tremendous help in toting our cooler, rafts, towels and all other beach necessities. The walk thru the complex to the pool/beach is 8-10 minutes, with no small children, at a leisurely pace. The owners were very responsive if/when we had questions, they were a pleasure to work with.
