Luxury and comfort await at 4 Ocean Breeze! This recently renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome offers guests a uniquely updated property just a block from the beach!

The first floor open floor plan makes is easy for everyone to congregate. The living area features comfortable furnishings, a flat screen TV and access to the private patio overlooking the lush landscaping. The dining area seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The stunning kitchen has been completely updated with granite counters, new cabinetry, stainless appliances, a farm sink and a beautifully tiled backsplash.

The main King bedroom is located on the first floor. This chicly furnished room features a king bed, wall-mounted flat screen and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

Both guest bedrooms are on the 2nd level. The first room has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second room (perfect for kids!) has a full size bed & a twin bed. This room also has a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Quick getaway
Condo was great. I stayed with my puppy so having access to the green space right off the back patio was perfect. Location was great, and the bikes made it easy to get anywhere you needed to go. Everything in the unit was as described and host was easy to get ahold of and very responsive. Overall it was a great experience.

Great Family Getaway
We enjoyed our stay at #4 Ocean Breeze! It was very clean and comfortable for our family and small dog. We did a lot of our own cooking, so I would bring my own pot and pan next time since the provided ones are older and not flat anymore. Otherwise, you’ve got everything you need here! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great time
Location was excellent proximity to the beach, walkable. Could ride bikes to Coligny plaza and local paths. We used the 4 bikes provided and rented 2 others. The condo is as listed, accurate to photos and it’s unfortunate that the 2nd floor king room doesn’t have a working shower because it’s such a nice setup and design. The building is older so the air vents and infrastructure are showing age. Hand/shower soap, dish detergent, toilet paper, bath/hand towels, sheets and blankets were all in ample supply, which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen counters and major appliances were very clean and in excellent working order. The condo floors were seemingly cleaned by vacuum and dry Swiffer/ broom. The main floor bathroom, living room and bedroom floor could have used a wet Swiffer or mop as there were visible areas of scuffing or spots that a wet cloth was able to clean. Overall it was cleaned ok. The tennis court onsite was close and in decent condition for occasional players. We didn’t reserve court time at the club in Sea Pines but it was nice to have that option & flexibility. The washer and dryers were really great to have and in newer condition. Overall had a great time and are glad the owners shared their condo for us to rent!

Great property!
We were familiar with the neighborhood and chose it for its proximity to the beach and Coligny. We loved our month-long stay at the property. It has more than a fully stocked kitchen and all the comforts we needed, including access to the bikes (which was a big plus). Katie was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We'd love to stay here again and highly recommend.

This was a quick family getaway and we enjoyed the location very much, especially in February as it was not crowded. Quick walk to the beach and shopping and a bonus of included bikes was very convenient.

Perfect Location
My wife and 2 teenage children stayed here. It was a perfect location to access the beach and many restaurants and shops in Coligny Plaza. The bikes were a great bonus as my kids loved being able to explore the area. We were also close to 3 different golf courses that we played.

Centrally located, with easy access to everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Bathrooms look to be recently updated and they look nice. We were able to book last minute and had no issues.
