"It was very quiet and they made the process for check in and check out seemless. The ice cream onsite was great. Parking was easy and the instructions they provided were very clear about the whole check in process. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Hammondsport. The hotel is clean and new and clearly well maintained and run. We tried out most of the amenities - the breakfast, pool, nightly firepits. The daily breakfast buffet was one of the nicest I have enjoyed and the ladies who managed it were so helpful and kind. The pool was great fun for the kids and the firepits were an unexpected plus. The front desk staff were so kind and accommodating. The hotel is a little outside of town, but just a short drive or a long but manageable walk. The town is adorable. Our room and bathroom were clean and the fixtures were or in perfect condition. All in all, a great place to stay!"

"We recently stayed for an impromptu anniversary date and fell in love with this historic inn. When we travel we try to find places just like this and this one is probably one of the most stunning pieces of history, lovingly maintained in its original glory we’ve ever stayed at — every detail felt like a beautiful step back in time. The location is unbeatable and we ended up staying right at the inn instead of our original plans to explore the area. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the outdoor dining and fire pit seating areas kept us there for drinks, dinner, and after dinner drinks! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was warm and helpful. We hope to make this a yearly tradition and maybe even stay in one of the rooms that are currently being added!
