Staff was great.

Staff could have more friendly.

Upon check in our room was excruciatingly hot . Maintenance was kind and helpful Chris brought us two box fans . Our downstairs bathroom smelt of urine, The pullout couch had dirty sheets on it , there was no hot water the three times I tried to shower, the dresser up stairs was sticky including the remote , there were crushed chips in the corner of the room.The front desk staff was notified Patty and Zach.Patty was too busy to talk when I asked to speak with management . Zack sent a worker to my room I was handed sheets and cleaner. I asked if he could at least change the sheets and clean the bathroom I was informed that he was not housekeeping and housekeeping left for the evening. I am appalled . My room should have been cleaned properly before check in or at the very least cleaned after I contacted front desk . We have stayed at this resort for the past six or so years for Fourth of July weekend meeting family from out of state . The heart and hospitality of Greek Peak has faded away . This is very unfortunate. My family and I will be finding other accommodations for the Fourth of July weekend. On a positive note the manager Rob from the water park was the only good thing about our trip. I enjoyed watching him walk round and round thru the water park fist bumping everyone and making sure everyone is safe and taken care of . He’s an asset to your company.also the Starbucks girl Kristine? She is kind , caring and helpful. Take notes from her front desk staff !!!!

We stayed here for one night while visiting Corning. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean, and the innkeeper was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodations weren’t as historic or charming as we’d hoped. The property could benefit from a bit of a refresh. That said, it was comfortable, served its purpose for a one-night stay, and offered good value thanks to its convenient location and free parking.

We only wish we had stayed longer. Rachel was extremely accommodating, the place was beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommend it.
