“The house was very clean and well suited for our family of 7. My granddaughter loved the pool. It was great not to have to worry about linens or towels. Communication with the host was excellent. There were even pool towels! The house was in a great location, close to wineries and places to eat. The only recommendation I would give to the owner would be for a larger seating area, like a sectional sofa, to accommodate more guests comfortably in one room for viewing the TV. We would definitely……

“Owner was so accommodating and interior was beautifully decorated with special touches like a s’mores tray, a fire pit and dog supply caddy , and a well stocked toiletry tray.”

“We had a great stay. The house was exactly as pictured. The view was amazing! The house is in a great location and is central to everything in the area. The house was clean and had everything we needed for seven adults and a dog! The hot tub was very relaxing! We all really enjoyed it. Super easy for check-in. Communication with the host was great. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back myself !”

“Everything was good. I wish the TV reception would’ve been better. I feel bad for people that don’t have any kind of Roku account because they won’t be able to watch TV.”

“Everything about our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Finger Lakes. The house is spacious and very clean, with beautiful lake views from many windows. The hosts, Annie and Gary, were very accommodating and communicative, letting us check in early due to a snow storm that came through and checking the next morning to see if we needed a plow. The location is great, near many of the breweries we wanted to visit on this trip, with good food nearby as……

“This was one of the most welcoming and comforting places we have ever stayed. We couldn’t have asked for more and Tina is an outstanding host. We will be coming back this fall.”

“We arrived to a power outage which was no fault to FLX. FLX was respnosive to all of my emails and the house was nice with a good enough location for our use. It was clean and well stocked with towels and stuff like paper towels and toilet paper - i rent a-lot of houses and this is surprisingly rare. I would rent again.”
