“We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience……

“The apartment was clean and neat. It was very convenient to downtown Rochester and felt safe, even late at night. Parking across the street was plentiful and easy. We would consider staying there next year as well. ”

“Our stay was perfectly peaceful! This property is extremely clean, tidy, and well stocked with kitchen tools should guests want to cook full meals. We were able to enjoy the deck in the morning, watching the sunrise over the lake. The owners live on site and are friendly and responsive. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! ”
