VAs we were pulling in, unable to get in, a most likely “ homeless” man swinging a baseball bat and angrily yelling something at us as he was approaching us set the stage for us. No place for an elderly lady and 2 children to stay. Immediately called host, who ASSURED me if there were any issues she would be accessible !! No response. It was storming so we finally got in. “3.5 stars. I stayed in unit B. Host is great, extremely responsive. Room very clean. Bed is comfortable. Couple of items that caused me to lower the rating: There is no sitting area, its a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. There is a very small bar table in the kitchen area, but the there is no lighting with torn up bar stools. If you need to work on a computer, it's challenging. The chair in the bedroom is stained and not comfortable. There is no bedroom door and the street light shines……

“The first part of the house was old smelling and look like it was under reconstruction and looked nothing the like the pictures online. Also there was no curtains or blinds for any of the windows in the kitchen. The second part of the house / upstairs was very nice look exactly like the pictures online only thing downstairs to the second part was very cold and couldn't get the fireplace to work.”

“I stayed here while supporting a family member at Piedmont Hospital. The loft is clean, well-appointed, has good parking and is easy walking distance to the hospital and many restaurants in the area. Having a pool and workout room are also great amenities too. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The host was very courteous and responsive every time ! The apartment was very clean and spacious just as the pictures shown. The shower is very small and the shower head should be changed. The bed was not comfortable at all .A better mattress most definitely in need of. Upgrade the TVs. Above that everything was fantastic I will definitely stay again once the few issues are resolved and finished. Great property and host ! ”
