“I have stayed at this property before when it was under different management, and based on that experience, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, the property has declined significantly.
The common areas were noticeably unclean, and the issues continued in our room. The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned at all, which required us to request a new room. While we were moved, the second room still did not meet basic cleanliness standards. In addition, the balcony door did……

“The unit is very nice and spacious. I enjoyed having a kitchen and full sized fridge during my stay. I did not like that the pool was closed and filthy. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool and amenities but that was a huge disappointment. It would also be nice to have more than 2 bath towels and 2 bathing rags during a 3-4 day booking. One roll of toilet paper really doesn’t help either. Instructions for trash pick ups would’ve been helpful. We were just really on our own to be honest.……

“The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit. The hydronic system is centralized and they change from heat to cool with the seasons. That was a definite inconvenience but not a deal……
