“The overall space and design was very roomy for 9 adults. The property itself needs some TLC. The electronics had very little instructions. Remotes were half put together. Theatre was nice but game chairs didn't work and couldn't get the surround sound to function. The outdoor space also requires some attention as the fire pit is falling apart and the outdoor patio furniture was really dirty. Gas grill was ok but needs attention or replacement. It worked after some difficulties. The location was……

“We really liked the location! It was a great central spot for everything we had planned, from a Braves game to Kennesaw Mountain and Marietta Square. The host was also easy to communicate with and always responded quickly when we had a question.”

“This is a great place to stay for a quick baseball trip. Met all of our needs. Was quiet and secluded. Most importantly it was close to Lakepoint. About a 15 minute drive but worth it.”

“Owners were great with communication. Had my 84 & 83 year old parents with us and they responsibly let us know about the stairs to the bedrooms before they booked us to make sure this was ok. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the game room was fun. The parking was great since we had family coming in from different areas so we were able to park 5 cars there with no problems. I would definitely book this house again.”

“This is a great location if your event is at Truist Park! Such a short walk! My college roommates and I stayed for a concert and it had everything we needed for the overnight stay. The host was easy to work with, quick to respond, and helpful in answering questions. Unit was comfortable and well stocked.”

“A very clean and well appointed apartment. We had everything we needed. Our hosts were good communicators and checked in from time to time to make sure we were comfortable without being intrusive. We were there to catch a couple of ball games at Truist Field and the location was fantastic! The price was a bit high, but the value was there if you’re going to the ballpark.”
