The sink clogs and the water was cloudy, also food was coming out of the drain and there seemed to be an odor there as well 5\. Called again and could not receive any during the night due to only one person on staff. Fortunately received complimentary breakfast. However, we still did not receive pillows the next day until we went downstairs to inquire. We then received new pillows, but there were no pillow cases on them. The staff assured us there were, but the original pillows we had were covered in an inner and outer pillowcase. The new pillows only had the inner pillowcase, and were crumpled up. Not great: NOISY. I don't recommend this place if you want quiet. There is zero soundproofing. I could hear every word of my neighbor's phone conversation and anyone in the hallway as if I had the door open. My room was in the back of the hotel, 2nd floor, right next to a large HVAC unit in the roof of what I think was over the pool. Right around 11pm, it kicked on and was like having a loud running car in my room for hours. Even with ear plugs it was loud. And I had only one unit next to my window - the other side has 3 or 4\. I asked for the back of the hotel away from the road, thinking it would be quieter. It was not."
