It’s unusual for a 4star hotel to not have one. Most staff are helpful and friendly but one of the staff at reception had a bit of an attitude. She was the oldest member at reception. During checkout, she made a comment to another staff and kept making faces and laughing which I find really immature and unprofessional. "The hotel is fine and in decent condition. The walls are thin enabling me to hear my neighbors' TV. The staff were generally unable to converse in English and thus I had to use my broken German to try to get by - this resulted in my interactions with all but one person (a waitress at breakfast) being terse and cold - which is not/not typical for Austrians.
