It was very noisy and I could not sleep. So, I told that to a staff and he made sure the no one will use the Landry. "There was this one server who was very helpful Through all the times. However, the housekeeping and room cleaning was not paid attention. We had specifically requested for change of towels after 2 days. And to clean the garbage cans, both at the reception and the room cleaning lady. But it wasn't done. Which was disappointing to use soiled towels for the 3/4 th day"

"The hotel is fine and in decent condition. The walls are thin enabling me to hear my neighbors' TV. The staff were generally unable to converse in English and thus I had to use my broken German to try to get by - this resulted in my interactions with all but one person (a waitress at breakfast) being terse and cold - which is not/not typical for Austrians. The heat is set too low and thus led to some shivers during the night (needed two blankets to keep warm) and the shower doesn't have a...
