“Nice marina view and nice bay view from the balcony. Not a great space for family of 4. It’s very tight. The Sofa pull out bed was very uncomfortable. This is better for one or two people for a night or two that are going out on a fishing charter or something like that.”

“Upstairs king bed is very comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms seemed clean. Kitchen was ok, but the living and dining areas were not. There were ants and also termites (or flying ants). There were some broken lamp switches, no sponge to wash dishes, and the dishwasher door was tough to close. The pull out couch was well-worn and the mattress was very dirty. There were cobwebs on the first floor. We enjoyed the balconies, and it's a great location -- close to historic Newport and the sea lions,……
