“We showed up at 5 pm to check in and was told our room wasn’t ready, check in is at 4pm. The staff had terrible attitudes and not friendly. The 15 dollar off voucher at the restaurant can only be used the night of check in, not the next morning, even though you are still a paying customer until check out. Will never stay there again. The experience is not like it used to be.”

“The room was well used but clean. Breakfast fast was good-good gluten free options with gf bread and Cheerios, good fruit. Breakfast staff helpful. The view on the bay side was pretty but traffic going over the nearby bridge was very loud all night even in the room. It made sleep difficult and for that reason alone I would not stay there again-maybe the parking lot side is quieter-I just wanted the view.”

“We loved this property- SO pretty! We stayed in the Vanilla Villa and it was so beautifully done. Rustic cabin with mid century decor, and super cute finishing touches.
