The room was decent, but the girl with glasses running the front desk was rude. From the nasty looks she gave me I was uncomfortable even approaching her with other questions I had. Then three hours before check out the hotel sent me a text, saying I could do “contact-free” checkout. Just leave the key cards in the room and they will quickly send me my receipt. But they never sent the receipt.

I loved the look of the hotel. Their breakfast dining area was a great size and the breakfasts had a nice variety. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.

Run down property, surface somewhat clean but the whole place needs deep cleaning and refurbishing. Shutters missing, wall paper pealing off, grime in corners of the bathroom, facet in shower had plastic device overtop making it usable but not repaired. Carpet very old and dirty/ sticky. Looks like the owners have not invested much if anything to the property in a very long time. Weird location in the back parking lot of a mostly abandoned shopping center with few signs of the hotel. To top it off my credit card was charged a $100 deposit plus 2 other charges totally double the rate I booked and the manager told me to check with my bank- “ it’s a system issue”. Very very disappointing experience.

The whole place needs an update. Also, not in a great area. The strip mall you drive by to get to the property is deserted. Staff was ok. The only great thing was the soft towels!

Can improve overall cleanliness. Inside of windows dirty and needs tlc. Spot in shower of 247 not clean. Walls and ceilings show drywall patches and stains. Beds and floors clean so that was good. Breakfast was good and service great! Coffee not so good.

The property was located close to the downtown area. It was clean and the staff was courteous. Our room was next to a family that had an infant so sleeping was not the greatest but that was not the fault of the hotel.

This was a great hotel for us as it was centrally located to all the antique shops. Easy to find, very nice staff, and great breakfast. The black out shades were two different lengths and one side was 2 inches above the bottomof the widow, so it let in a lot of light. Unfortunatley for us, the king size bed was too soft and killed my back, so i got very little sleep.

Very good value. Front desk very friendly and welcoming. Beds and pillows comfortable. Having coffee and tea available as well as chocolate chip cookies throughout afternoon nice touch. Breakfast offerings were far more than expected.

I stayed there 25 years ago and it hasn’t changed. In a bad way. The property needs to be bombed. Seriously. Old, warn, filthy and a cleaning room staff who begs for tips by knocking at your door at different times of the day holding towels. Not kidding! The only nice, helpful people were the 2 gals at the front desk on 2 different shifts, albeit in tee shirts and or sweat pants. It looked like they were called into their shifts while sleeping & fell out of bed to get to work quickly. The young man at breakfast said I’m sorry at least 4 times as there were several items out of stock. He actually took a picture of the fridge & shelves in the back room showing my how bare it was. We won’t be back.

Room was not really that clean. There was a dirty wash cloth in the corner of the room and it was kinda dusty. The sheets on the bed also has quite a few stains

get away to Holland
it was nice enough. Room looked and smelled clean. Bed was reasonably comfortable although i prefer softer. If your physically challenged getting your stuff in could be a challenge There is a ramp vs the stairs however a handicap parking spot sits right in front of the only handicap accessible curb. I also needed to use a luggage carrier provided by the hotel but had a difficult time using it. I had to take stuff off the carrier to maneuver the carrier around the car onto the sidewalk. Location was fine and central to anywhere you want to go. Breakfast was minimal but adequate and area was clean. Check in was easy and friendly.

It was conveniently located; the staff was polite and the rooms were clean. The area felt very old with large vacant buildings adjacent to the property. The breakfast was also mediocre at best.
