Great stay!

We really enjoyed this home! The ocean views from the upper and lower decks were phenomenal! House had everything we needed and was a good setup for our family (two teenage kids and their friends).

Short walking distance to beach was ideal. Great property. Community Pool is small, but we were mostly at the beach so it didn’t really affect us. Highly recommend for easy access to beach

Annual Family Thanksgiving

Good timers!

A wonderful spot in North Topsail. It was completely as advertised, but be prepared for a couple of flights up to the top. The pool is tremendous and our five year old granddaughter loved it. Owners were easy to connect with an allowed us to stay for a late check out and helped us check in a little early which was great! Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Beach Home

I can't say enough great things about this property! Everything was clean, the views are amazing, they posted everything you need to know right on the fridge! Ken was super helpful about making sure we knew where to get linens, getting us the parking passes early and giving great directions. We loved it and hope we have a reason to return!

Great family vacation!

This was a great property for our family! The views are incredible, and you are pretty much on the beach. The pool is a little small for the community, but it was always warm and clean so not a big deal for us. The kids loved it. Location is right next door to Surf City Line which is delicious and across the street from a couple of bars which was nice for the adults who wanted to get out for a drink or two and come right back. All and all, our group loved Ken’s place and all said we would love to stay again.

Beautiful home and perfect location

This property is oceanfront and in the perfect location! Very nice place and plenty of room for all 8 of us. Upon check-in we did notice sand on the kitchen counters, in the kitchen floor, in some of the bedroom drawers and on the sofas. There was also trash from the previous renter on the floor under the edge of the sofa. But these were easily fixed and the rest of the unit was very clean! Owner was attentive and responsive, and great about keeping us updated on the tropical storm moving through. Great place to stay!

We had an excellent stay at Ken’s place in Surf City. He was very communicative and everything was easy and smooth during our trip. The property was perfect: clean and contemporary. You can’t really get closer to the beach without steps on the sand. Great ocean views off the beach side porches and we loved having Surf City Line steps away. Solid WiFi and nice TV. Wifey was very impressed with the well-appointed kitchen. We definitely hope to visit again. Top notch Surf City VRBO. Thanks again, Ken!
