Spacious apartment on the upper floor, the division consists of three bedrooms, two double rooms (2.00 x 2.00 m) and a twin room (1.00 x 2.00 m), a large and fully equipped kitchen, a modern and cozy Living room with a stove and a flat screen TV. (Three TVs are available to the guest - kitchen and a double room). The sanitary area is equipped with a shower and a toilet. The apartment has a long corridor area from which you enter the individual rooms. In the garden there is a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Pets with a flat rate of 10.00 EUR per pet for the entire stay possible. Shops are located about 700 meters away and a restaurant in about 700 meters away.
The apartment is located in Holtland in Ostfriesland and geographically between Leer (about 12 km) and Aurich (about 22 km). Our guests can enjoy a relaxing holiday or an active holiday in our region. As a cycling region, we have excellent conditions, which are ideal for bicycle tours with their flat and scenic attractions. With the nodal point system (driving by numbers) cycling on the well-developed cycle path network is a lot of fun! But also a forest (600ha) in Hesel offers recreational opportunities when going for a walk or go on a discovery tour in the largest forest area in East Frisia. For example, the tree nature trail, the adventure playground or a visit to the former monastery (deserted village). Excavations to the monastery and the region are shown in the Villa Popken in the "Archaeological Exhibition. On your bike tour should visit the crank ferry, with which you can translate yourself by hand from one bank to another. Windmills are also part of Ostfriesland, and the fully functional Dutch Windmill in Holtland offers the possibility of a visit and a view from the Mühlengalerie on Sundays from May to October in the mill café. A visit to the water park uses exhibits and information boards to provide information on all topics relating to our most important food - drinking water history and technology. In the shopping city of Leer you should take a look at the old town and make your small museums such as the museum of local history, the tea museum and the museum harbor with historic ships and possibly a harbor tour.
