    "Great location, affordable apartment for a large group. Metro link directly outside the door to connect you to Newcastle. Apartment in great condition and would recommend this place. Check in was difficult as you need to communicate with host over phone to retrieve the code to access the key but apart from that it was great. Security deposit usually scares me from booking with places as i have been scammed before but rest assured there is no scamming here, with the host very kind when spoke..."

    "The towels had stains. The toilet was difficult to flush. When we asked a male receptionist if the room could be tidied he told us to leave our keys at the front desk and he would inform the cleaner, but he never did that. I had to take out my own trash and ask for a change of towels. There were toiletries enough for 1 person, not multiple if sharing a room. The only helpful persons were the female receptionist and her son. She tried to be accommodating and helpful and sort out problems. ..."
