The hotel is located in a beautiful area overlooking the Rhine river. Sitting outdoors was a lovely touch. The hotel is on the older side and could use a bit of a refresh to bring it up to a 4 star hotel. The staff was polite, but did not go out of their way to help . Needs a bit of attention .

"We have very enjoyed our stay at the Urban Loft. Close to train station. Staff really friendly and super helpful. We were able to do early check in and leave bags during last day.
