The location is average with the staff, more so, the WiFi system, unevenly inefficient. Some staff members are good and helpful ,while the others are not as well trained to serve and provide solutions to questions. The Wifi system is the same inefficient, with dropped reception many times, while already being connected or unable to connect? maybe due to weak transmission power or bandwidth? the room is average comfortable, with the cleaning or room service staff are the best feature of the hotel. A bright spot for the hotel in training the back side room services, attentive and efficient. Overall, average.

I always try to stay in Rosedale when I visit Hong Kong. They were very helpful in giving me a room at short notice after coming out of quarantine in the zero-Covid days, while another hotel that I had booked earlier had a scary policy that they would cancel my booking if there was any COVID case in my quarantine hotel during my stay (there was none, but I cancelled my booking anyway and went to Rosedale instead, and I am very happy with that decision). Always a very pleasant stay at Rosedale, it is convenient to get to and from the airport (A11 or E11), and very close to Causeway Bay MTR station exits D,E or F. The breakfast buffet was great too. The staff are helpful and highly efficient.

It is very old hotel. Location is convenient. Near all public transport. It is ok value as the rate include also breakfast - not in any way "fancy". Room size is ok - seems they only have city view but maybe other side have view to the sea. Internet is ok. Amenities - so/so
